The platform provides market-data visualization and analytical trading decision support. Users remain responsible for independent verification and their own decisions.

These terms are an operational private-beta framework and are not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel. Final counsel review remains recommended before material paid scale.

Terms of Service

Access and license

Access is a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for lawful personal or authorized business use. Credentials may not be shared outside the authorized account. Users may not scrape, systematically extract, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use the platform to recreate a competing raw-data service.

Accounts and subscriptions

Certain features require an active subscription or authorized complimentary entitlement. Paid access is intended to use a single Moon & Star Terminal subscription tier. Exact price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any promotion or trial will be shown before payment is submitted. Access may change when a subscription changes, expires, is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise becomes inactive.

Service operation

The platform may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce reasonable usage or security limits; and restrict or terminate access for abuse, credential sharing, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material breach. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy Policy

The platform may process account identifiers, authentication events, subscription and entitlement status, support correspondence, device/network metadata, product-usage telemetry, saved preferences reasonably necessary to secure and operate the service.

Payment card details are intended to be processed by Stripe and not stored directly by the application. Customer authentication is provided through Clerk. Infrastructure and edge-delivery services may be provided through Cloudflare. Licensed market data may be supplied by Intrinio.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for product operation, security, customer support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Privacy or support requests may be sent to Contact details pending publication.

Security & Trust Practices

Private product routes require authenticated sessions and entitlement checks. Production web responses use HTTPS protections including HSTS, content security policy, frame blocking, MIME-sniffing protection, restrictive browser permissions, referrer controls, and same-origin isolation where applicable.

The public application and private market engine are separated. Provider credentials and internal service authentication are not intended to be exposed to the browser. Paid checkout is designed around hosted payment surfaces so raw card numbers and card security codes do not need to be stored by the application.

No claim of SOC 2 certification, regulatory registration, guaranteed uptime, or platform-level PCI certification is made by this disclosure. Suspected security or privacy issues may be reported to Contact details pending publication.

Trading & Market Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Charts, GEX estimates, gamma models, walls, dealer-positioning indicators, option analytics, alerts, calculated metrics, and other market intelligence are informational analytical tools. They are not individualized investment advice, brokerage recommendations, fiduciary advice, guarantees, or promises of performance.

Market data and calculated analytics may be delayed, stale, incomplete, unavailable, corrected, model-dependent, or affected by exchange conditions, provider changes, outages, entitlement limitations, or calculation assumptions. Users remain solely responsible for validating information and for all trading or investment decisions.

Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

When paid checkout is activated, subscriptions are intended to renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Customers will be shown the applicable product, price, recurring interval, and any trial or promotional terms before submitting payment.

Cancellation stops future renewal and, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, normally preserves access through the end of the already-paid billing period. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where a different policy is expressly stated at checkout, or where the operator elects to issue a refund. Market data powered by Intrinio. The platform adds proprietary visualization and calculated analytics and does not sell a standalone raw Intrinio data feed. Realtime, delayed, EOD, historical, modeled, and calculated values are labeled according to source and freshness where available.
